Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Meridian, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all authorized users within your organization.
Service Description
Meridian provides automated journal entry generation from billing and payroll data exports. The platform processes uploaded files, applies configured mappings, and produces NetSuite-compatible CSV files for import.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data uploaded to the platform, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and using the service only for authorized business purposes within your organization.
Limitation of Liability
Meridian is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing generated journal entries before importing them into your accounting system. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect input data or misconfigured mappings.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with a minimum of 90 days written notice. During the notice period, all billing obligations remain in effect and payment is required for the full 3-month term. Upon completion of the notice period, your organization's data will be retained for a reasonable period to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
